Nothing says treat yourself quite resh juice in the morning as the first meal ,there is a good thing about a smoothy in the morning ! nutrious tasty and absoulty healthy

What you’ll need

  • Mango
  • Sweet banana
  • Ginger
  • Raw spinach
  • Two limes
  • 2 tbsp seamoss

How to make it

  1. Wash your fruits and vegetables throughly before anything
  2. peel your sweet bananas your mangoand use a knife to peel off your ginger
  3. put all your ingredients in the blender and blend to desired thickness dont forget to add your seamoss

pour inot a glass to enjoy !!!
