I can never regret being part of this program! For just six weeks and my clothes are fitting! Shading of several kgs and Iโ€™m extremely flexible. To coach Tess Iโ€™m so happy and grateful. If there's something I have never regrated is doing your classes. The meals, work outs and the support group are excellent. The motivation and encouragement you give as couch is just exceptional. You do this along with the team. Ready for BRB2. I am happy.

BRB ....under priced program

I could write a book honestly....but I will keep it simple...5000 words.....well....I've done various classes with Coach but this one felt different.....it hit the right spots....the meal plans were flexible,affordable and easy to blend with the family menu....my people actually looked forward to my meal preps to sneak a bite here and there.....the smoothies were my best bit.....my body adjusted to clean eating and it can digest and detox very quickly...trick I've learnt from the feeding plans....always incorporate a salad/green smoothie or soup in any of the three daily meals....it works wonders.....on hydration the tummy water is a must....no questions about this.....4litres has been ideal for me noting that my urine is clear crystal.....
The work out plans are challenging but nothing to be scared about....the coach actually pushed BRB1 cohort out of our comfort zone.....be it usiku sacco or early birds...she kept us on toes throughout the six weeks.
My BMI is normal and health stats are at optimum.
This is the class for you if you know what you want. It is not for time wasters. Clearly know what you want to achieve....write it down and then join the class....The coach is also keen on proper journaling which helps keep track of progress and where additional effort is required.....this is the class to join for consistency culture building both physically and mentally.....go ahead try it...you have nothing to loose.
