Happy Sunday CT. It has been a wonderful week, am glad I joined the challenge. Ready to go through it all until the end. I needed the reset, have had a busy year, full time job plus MBA classes imenioeleka mbio. I didn't even have time for myself. Nikijoin the detox I was feeling sick, mwili ilikuwa inauma, joint pain especially my left leg today the pain is gone...
Am ready for challenge 2..
I joined the detox challenge feeling too fatigued and feeling sick but at the end of it have regained back my strength. Am feeling energized and more relaxed. The 7 days detox is doable and its the best way of jumpstaring your weight loss journey...am giving it 10/10.
